Laser cutting and punching
Be-Ge Plåtindustri AB works with laser cutting where power up to 12kW is available and we also cut up to 20 mm thick unalloyed steel. Our punching is done in a combined laser and punching machine.
Laser cutting
Laser power up to 12kW
Be-Ge Plåtindustri AB disposes of three laser cutting machines with power up to 12kW with a possibility to cut 20 mm thick unalloyed steel. Stainless steel can be cut up to 15 mm and aluminum up to 8 mm. In addition to that, we also have the ability cut both copper and brass up to 6,0 mm.

In the facility, we have a TruLaser Center 7030 from Trumpf. A fiber laser machine with 12kW with automatic sheet metal storage and sorting. With the TruStore 3030 high storage installed, we can run fully automated unmanned fiber laser cutting in different sheet qualities and thicknesses.
Combined laser and punching machine
Be-Ge Plåtindustri AB punches in a combined laser and punching machine, in thicknesses up to 8 mm, where it is also possible to characterize, thread or shape. All machines handle sheet sizes up to 1500X3000 mm.
